“My husband has just spent another week in Redgate House for respite. He is always happy to go as he is made so welcome by the brilliant staff and management who understand his needs so well. It is such a welcoming place with a great atmosphere, having a lovely garden where residents can sit and relax or even help with planting. In the light and airy dining room the meals are served which are excellent with a good variety of choice to suit all needs. A large lounge where residents can watch films or television and many activities take place .I cannot praise the carers enough as their care is second to none. He is looking forward to his next visit. Thank you everyone…………………Valerie

” My Father……. has been living in your home for two years. he regularly tells me how kindly and respectfully he is treated and I wish to thank you all for the consistently high level of courteous care Dad has received throughout that time. The service of Randale Care Ltd continues to please us and meet our needs. The long serving workforce is testimony that they are valued and their enduring calm efficiency does not go unnoticed. the variety of activities is stimulating for the residents: singing, music and dancing; chatting, cinema excursions, special meals(eg: the recent valentines) handicrafts, gardening …and many more. We can never thank you enough for the splendid VE day themed party that you treated my Father to for his 100th birthday in October 2018 into which you all put so much thought, time and expense. The house is well maintained and the furnishings updated, and the addition in 2018 of the secure garden is an asset. We are most grateful for the care, help and friendship that everyone at the Red House gave to my Father over the last couple of years. Whilst he would have preferred to be in his own home where he had lived for 49 years, he knew this was no longer an option. Lyn spent a lot of time over recent years looking for a suitable care home for him and the Red House was without doubt at the top of the list by a clear margin. so when the time came we counted ourselves lucky that Red House could accommodate dad at that time. The personal touch was what really made a difference – from his strange restricted and old fashioned meal preferences to the carers joining in with his particular sense of humour, made all the difference. Once again, many thanks to you all for everything that was done for my dad. Also for the help and friendship given to us during our visits, we were always made to feel welcome and it has been much appreciated………Paul

I wanted to let you know what it was like when I visited mum recently. The staff I met were so attentive and caring to mum.I had a lovely visit and went home completely happy that she was happy and well looked after. The staff on duty were wonderful. Please could you make sure they are commended for this, particularly the member of staff doing the drug round that evening. I want to also thank you for taking such swift action with the issues I raised.Your actions were swift and effective. My family are grateful and reassured that mum is in a good place …………….
