Day Care with Randale Care

IMG_9340We appreciate the value of social interaction and recognise its importance in avoiding feelings of isolation and loneliness. Amongst all the aspects of professional care and the amenities we provide, we know that one of the most significant things we offer is the opportunity to socialise with friendly people.

In our homes, our facilities enable us to welcome up to five people a day as day care clients. We have flexible booking arrangements to suit families and clients needs and can often provide places at short notice.  Lunch is provided and part day packages are also available, so your spouse or carers can find the time to attend important appointments or events.

You would be welcomed as part of the friendly Red House or Redgate community and encouraged to join in with any activities taking place that day, as well as share in the sociable times in our dining room. Our cook will talk to you about your meal choices and take your preferences into account.

On day care visits we offer personal care such as assisted bathing and laundry services. On top of this, our management are able to provide advice on local facilities that you may wish to access and put you in touch with other support services.

Many of our day care clients return regularly and their experience often encourages them to book longer respite stays with us as the need arises.

It’s very homely and everybody works together; the staff and the residents. The food is good and they encourage you to get better. Rosina

….. I wanted to thank you and your staff for the wonderful care you gave Mum during her times with you. She came for day care for about 21 months and also respite care on the odd occasion and I especially was very thankful for these breaks knowing that she was safe and well looked after… we both really appreciated the wonderful party you gave her for her 100th birthday – she was so surprised and loved all the attention she was given…….. she still talks about Redgate and the staff- you are not forgotten. So thank you all again for caring for her brilliantly………. Hilary and Vera ( Redgate House)
